Movie Night @ St. Aidan’s

Monthly on a Saturday night from September to May, St. Aidan’s will be screening interesting and varied documentary films of up to 90 minutes duration.

The first documentary will be shown on SATURDAY, SEPT. 17, 2016 at 7:30 pm in the Seminar Room

A Canadian, resident in the US is concerned at the stereotyping of Canadians as encased in ice and hunting moose with hockey pucks! He returns to Canada to see if his country is still as he remembers it. With interviews with famous Canadians, The Barenaked Ladies, former Prime Minister Kim Campbell, Rick Mercer, William Shatner, Morley Safer, Russell Peters, Alan Thicke and Alex Trebek among other famous Canadians and also with “ordinary” Canadians, this is a warm, funny, patriotic examination of the greatest (and often most overlooked) country in the world.

Looking forward to seeing you all at St. Aidan’s Documentary Nights.  Judith Bogod
